Very worst hotel , service not good and there food is very bad and they dont give a food plate also charge a plates, main think is its a veg resort. I strongly said dont book this resort....
**⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)** **Great vegetarian stay with a peaceful vibe!** Located away from the town’s noise, the resort offers spacious villas and beautiful, misty views. The property is well-maintained and very family-friendly. **Pros:** * **Food:** Excellent pure vegetarian buffet. * **Activities:** Loved the indoor badminton court and garden walks. * **Service:** Staff were professional and helpful. **Points to Note:** * **The Drive:** The final stretch is very steep with a sharp hairpin bend—be careful if driving yourself. * **Rooms:** A bit dated but clean and spacious. **Verdict:** A solid choice for a quiet, green getaway in Ooty!
Awesome resort.. location is very nice.. placed on hilly terrain.. though amenities are less but with beautiful location everything else can be managed.. food is tasty.. pure veg restaurant
Great hospitality, quick service and tasty food are the few things that instantly comes to our mind. Courteous staffs and well maintained property full of different flowers. Kids play area, indoor and outdoor games are few other perks that we get with this property. They arrange cabs for pick up and touring needs. Pure vegetarian (only veg) restaurant that serves predominantly north Indian dishes and rice rasam and curds would be served inroom if requested prior. We get some south Indian dishes (idly, uthappam) on morning breakfast and rice + mixes upon request. Overall it was a pleasant experience and great food and memorable stay. We strongly recommend for vegetarian families.
The property offered a truly pleasant experience, surrounded by beautiful scenery and supported by a well-maintained and courteous staff. The restaurant served delicious, well-prepared meals, further enhancing the overall stay and making it both comfortable and memorable. A special mention to the restaurant staff for their courteous behavior, prompt service, and warm hospitality throughout our stay. The only drawback was that they provided a room warmer instead of a proper room heater, which was not of much use.
