We had an amazing stay here. Beautiful property with very hospitable and friendly staff. Ever ready to help us. Prompt response to our every request. What stood out was the cleanliness and attention to detail. Very good food..we loved the breakfast buffet. Look forward to going back again
Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. What stood out the most was the warmth and genuine hospitality of the entire team. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel welcomed, valued, and cared for, creating a memorable experience that felt much more personal than a typical hotel stay. The service was outstanding throughout our visit. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always ready to assist with a smile and a sincere desire to help. Their attention to detail and human touch made a remarkable difference and left a lasting impression on us. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and served with great care. The variety and quality of the cuisine added significantly to our overall experience. Most importantly, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping. We are grateful for the wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
We stayed at Willow hill Ooty for 3 nights with our 2 yr old twins and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything about this place is so welcoming- the hospitality, delicious food and very beautifully designed rooms with a breathtaking view! Our kids enjoyed playing in the beautiful gardens and the very polite hotel staff always accommodated our kids’ requirements. A special thanks to hotel manager Mr. Laxminarainan who made sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely like to visit this place again! 😊
What to express about this place. It's alsmot been an year since I visited this place n I can't get over what this place has done to me. The food, the hospitality, the people, the place, the cost vibes, the garden, the views, it's just extremely beautiful and nice. I was there for my birthday, and the staff made sure I was made happy in all possible ways. From the decoration and taking utmost care of me was top notch, since I was craving to eat rasam on my bday, the chef came out and said he'll make for us. And it was damn delicious. Even till date I crave and I drool over the food they served. We stood for 2 nights and in their garden attached suite room. Overall all ur money is worth. The breakfast spread was so much, that I froze seeing so many things, they were served fresh and hot. It was my first time in ooty, and this place did justice to what beauty means. Amidst moutains, fog and tiny houses, this is a truly expectational experience by nature resorts.
Came for the views, stayed for the excellent hospitality. Liked: - View from the room - General ambience of the place - Very good food at reasonable price - The hospitality was top notch, all the staff from Manager to restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff made us feel welcome. - Restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our special request for a dish, and my wife loves it and called it the highlight of the trip. Thanks to Chef Murali and his lovely team. - Good parking space - A 7kW AC EV charger by Rebolt/Zeon is fitted within the premises, as an EV owner this made the trip so much easier. Disliked: Nothing much, few very minor issues noted and shared with the Hotel team.
A Cosy and quiet place that helps to relax and feel at ease. The room was very nice with all necessities. Special Mention to Mr Lakshmi Narayanan, the manager and Mr Murali, head chef who ensured that we were well taken care of. The travel was made comfy and all major tourist spots were covered by Mr Mathews and his team. Overall the hospitality, location, food and cleanliness were exceptional. Would highly recommend.
