I booked a 2-day stay at this resort through Expedia using UAE bank vouchers worth AED 1,200 (approximately ₹31,000). The booking value was around ₹25,000, and I additionally paid about ₹6,000 in taxes. Unfortunately, upon arrival with my family of four (4), we felt we were treated differently because our booking was made using vouchers. The staff informed us that we were not entitled to complimentary breakfast and activities such as bird watching, hiking, and biking, despite these being advertised as part of the resort experience. We also noticed that other guests appeared to receive better treatment and access to facilities. Furthermore, our booking indicated two (2) king-size beds, but the accommodation provided did not match what was advertised and was uncomfortable for a family stay. The most disappointing aspect was the feeling that guests booking through vouchers or discounts were not treated the same as direct-paying customers. All guests should receive the facilities and services advertised at the time of booking, regardless of the payment method used. I would not recommend this resort to travelers booking through vouchers, discounts, or promotional offers unless the resort guarantees that all advertised facilities will be provided equally to every guest.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel resort with our family group (5 rooms)! The rooms were modern and clean, with lovely bathrooms. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to our days. The resort had plenty of activities like bird watching, animal interactions (perfect for kids and adults!), horse riding, and ATV tracks - we all had a blast! 😄 The view from the hotel was simply stunning. Would definitely recommend for a fun family getaway.
The resort is beautiful spanning over a large area with atv riding zone , mini zoo , aviary amongst many other activities. Rooms are clean and service is good . View from the balcony is picturesque. Overall a great stay ,
